Living her dream life taking off high in the sky, a 27-year-old lady from Maoist-affected Malkangiri region of Odisha has packed away work at the Indigo Airlines as a co-pilot.
The girl of a police constable in Malkangiri, Anupriya has made her family glad as well as the whole state. Despite the fact that it was hard for her to support her pilot studies, she took loans and found support from family members. Anupriya Madhumita Lakra was born and raised in Malkangiri. She did her matriculation from a missionary school in Malkangiri town, later, she finished her secondary school from a school in the Koraput region.
Before understanding she wanted to be a pilot, she got chosen in a government-run building school in Bhubaneswar. She dropped out of it and took admission at the Government Aviation Training Institute (GATI), Bhubaneswar.
