Muzaffarpur: A closure report has been filed by the CBI in Muzaffarpur Special CBI Court in the famous Navaruna abduction and murder case of Muzaffarpur district of Bihar for lack of evidence. However, the family is not satisfied with the CBI’s investigation, in such a situation, they will now go to the Supreme Court against the CBI investigation report and will file a Protest Petition.

What was CBI doing for seven years?

In this regard, Navruna’s father Atulya Chakraborty said that now he will go to the Supreme Court where he will file a protest letter against the CBI report. He told that he has full faith in the Supreme Court. Now he will knock the door of the Supreme Court in the kidnapping and murder of his daughter. Navruna’s father said that they will continue their fight. At the same time, he asked what the CBI was doing for 7 years?

What is the whole matter?

Please tell that the whole matter is 12 years old. On September 18, 2008, 12-year-old Navaruna, who slept in her house, was kidnapped by breaking the rod of the window of the house around 1:00 pm. At that time, family mafia were accused of kidnapping. During this time, the whole matter was investigated by the police. But on the 68th day of the abduction, a male skeleton was found in a drain in front of Navruna’s house, which was later revealed to be Navaruna during the investigation.

However, during this time the land mafia as well as some police personnel were accused in the whole case by the family of Navaruna, after which the entire case was handed over to the CID by the Bihar government on December 3, 2012. At the same time, the entire case was handed over to the CBI on 14 February 2014 citing a petition filed in the Supreme Court. After which, after nearly 7 years of investigation, the CBI has now filed a closure report in the court and closed the investigation.
