British Prime Minister Johnson’s visit to India canceled, to attend Republic Day parade

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has canceled his visit to India. He was to attend the parade on the occasion of Republic Day on 26 January this month as the chief guest.

Explain that in view of increasing cases of Corona virus in Britain, Prime Minister Johnson has announced a complete lockdown.

Johnson said that I am looking forward to visiting India in the first half of 2021 and to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the G7 conference of the UK (United Kingdom), which he will attend as a guest.

The UK government has said that because of the nationwide lockdown implemented last night and the rapid pace of the spread of Corona’s new strain, the Prime Minister said it was necessary to remain in the UK to focus on domestic responses against the virus Can.
