Earlier on this petition, the High Court had said that if someone’s privacy is disturbed by the new policy, then he should delete the app. The court had said, ‘This is a private app and if you are more worried about your privacy, then you should stop using WhatsApp and use another app. It is a voluntary thing.

WhatsApp’s new policy deferred for three months
