Meanwhile, Delhi Police Commissioner SN Srivastava has written a letter to the policemen. He has said in his letter that the next few days can be very challenging for us.

He further said, “With your hard work and efficiency, we have been able to stand up to the challenge of the farmers movement. In the violence in the peasant movement, 394 of our companions have been injured. I myself reached the hospital with some injured colleagues and got to know their condition.
Explain that earlier on Wednesday, the Delhi Police Chief had said that the farmer unions did not follow the conditions set for the tractor parade. The leaders gave provocative speeches. The culprits will not be spared.
Police against 37 leaders including Darshan Pal, Rakesh Tikait, Yogendra Yadav, Medha Patak, Gurnam Singh Chadhuni, Kulwant Singh Sandhu, Satnam Singh Pannu, Joginder Singh Ugrahan, Surjit Singh Phool, Jagjit Singh Dalewal, Balbir Singh Rajewal and Harinder Singh Lakhowal Case filed. The FIR alleges attempted murder, rioting and criminal conspiracy.
SN Srivastava said today that the Delhi Police has issued a lookout notice against the farmer leaders named in the FIR registered in connection with the violence during the tractor parade.
