The government can take strong action against such companies which constantly send misleading messages to customers. In this regard, connections of companies violating the rules can be cut. It should be stopped at any cost.
It will also be easier to coordinate with telecom companies and financial institutions through DIU. There is also preparation to make an app to protect the interest of the rights of telecom customers. Customers will be able to give information about their problems on this app being developed by the Ministry.
