Posted on February 11, 2021February 11, 2021 by Nidhi Malviya

Domestic aircrafts in the country have been increased by 30 per cent. The government has also increased the price band of air fares fixed for different routes. At the same time, the maximum 80% capacity limit has been extended till 31 March 2021 as against pre-covid level on airline companies.

As per the government order, now you have to loose the pockets more when traveling in domestic planes. The minimum fares of the airlines have been increased by 10 per cent and the maximum fares by 30 per cent.

According to the new price band, one-way fares in economy class on the Delhi-Mumbai route will now be in the range of Rs 3,900-13,000. Earlier it was in the range of 3,500–10,000 rupees. However, this does not include the airport user development fee, passenger safety fee (Rs 150 on domestic route) and GST.
