Farmers Protest Live Updates: The 11th round meeting between the government and farmers is going on today. 58 days of continuous agitation is being done by the farmers. What has happened in the farmer movement so far
On 20 September, the Agricultural Law was passed by the Parliament. The movement started on 26 November on the Delhi border. 8 December Farmers shut down India. On December 30, the government approved two demands from the farmers. On 12 January, a committee of 4 members was formed to stop the implementation of the law. On 20 January, the government proposed to permanently suspend the law.
The 11th round of talks between farmers and the government is going on at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi. Meanwhile, a meeting of farmers and Delhi Police is going to be held today on the tractor march to be held on 26 January. This meeting will also be held in Vigyan Bhavan itself.
Will there be any solution in today’s meeting?
A meeting on agricultural laws started at the Vigyan Bhavan between the farmer leaders and the central government.
