Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has given a big statement regarding Covid-19 tax. He said that we have never discussed in this regard till now where did this thing start. The Finance Minister said during a program that effective steps were taken by his government during the Corona epidemic, due to which the economy has improved a lot compared to other big countries today.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the government has never thought of imposing Kovid-19 tax or surcharge. He said this while addressing a program in Mumbai on Sunday.

Government is spending taxpayers’ money thoughtfully

This has happened for the first time when the government is spending taxpayers’ money thoughtfully. He said that today 20 institutions of the size of State Bank of India are needed for India’s aspirations and development needs.

Economy reform – Sitharaman

He said that the idea of ​​Development Finance Institute (DFI) has come from the experience of IDBI. He clarified that there will be only one DFI run by the government and the private sector will play a role in this. Sitharaman, referring to the improvement in the economy, said that GST collection has increased during the last three months.

Big announcement regarding corona vaccine in Union budget

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman made a big announcement about the Corona vaccine while presenting the budget. He said that Corona has had an impact on the world and India has taken big steps to deal with this epidemic. He said that Rs 35,000 crore has been kept in this budget for corona vaccination.

The Finance Minister said that the government has increased the budget for the health and healthcare sector from Rs 94 thousand crore to Rs 2.38 lakh crore and through this, all the people of the country will be given the best health facilities.
