LPG Price Hike in Delhi NCR: In the national capital Delhi, the price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has now increased to Rs 794.
In the national capital Delhi, the price of domestic LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 25 on Thursday. After this, the price of 14.2 kg cylinder has now increased from Rs 769 to Rs 794. This is the third time this month when LPG gas prices have been increased in the national capital. Earlier, on 4 February and after 14 February, the prices of LPG gas were increased.
Since December 2020, LPG gas has increased by about Rs 200 per unit. On February 15, LPG gas cylinder in Delhi was increased by Rs 50 per unit. After that 14.2 kg LPG cylinder was being sold for Rs 769 per cylinder, now the price has increased to around Rs 800.
Earlier, on 4 February, the price of cooking gas in New Delhi and other metros was increased by 25 rupees. At that time the price of LPG cylinder was Rs 719 in Delhi. Also extended once in January.
In December last year, the price of domestic gas cylinders was increased twice. On December 1, the price of LPG cylinder was increased from Rs 594 to Rs 644. After this, again on 15 December, the price of LPC cylinder was increased to Rs 694.
Significantly, 12 (14.2 kg) cylinders are given by the government on subsidy in each house. However, there was no increase in the prices of petrol and diesel on behalf of the oil marketing companies for the second consecutive day on Thursday.
