The company posted a net profit of Rs 1,587.4 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. The company said in a statement that its total operating income grew by 13 per cent to Rs 23,471.3 crore during the quarter, compared to the same period in the previous fiscal. 20,721.8 crore.
The company’s vehicle sales during the quarter increased 13.4 percent to 4,95,897 units. The company’s sales in the domestic market rose 13 percent to 4,67,369 units.
On a standalone basis, the company’s net profit rose 24 per cent to Rs 1,941.4 crore from Rs 1,564.8 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. On a single basis, the company’s operating income rose 13 per cent to Rs 23,457.8 crore. .
