New International Travel Rule: A new rule is coming into force from today for those returning to India from abroad. Before starting the journey one must know the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
For the last few days, there are increasing cases of Corona virus infection in the country. In view of this, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued a new rule for those coming to India from abroad. The new rules will come into force from 11.59 pm on February 22 and will continue till the next order.

All passengers coming from abroad will have to fill declaration certificate for Covid-19 itself before the scheduled time of travel on the online air facility portal.
Passengers will have to upload the negative Kovid-19 report of the authentic RT-PCR along with the declaration form on the online portal of New Delhi Airport.
The corona virus investigation must be reported 72 hours before air travel.Only passengers without symptoms will be allowed to fly after thermal screening.
On reaching India without a negative report, travelers will be allowed at the time of death in the family. To get the discount, passengers have to apply on the online portal 72 hours before the journey.
These rules will also apply to those traveling by sea route but will not be able to take advantage of online registration. Passengers arriving from Britain, Brazil and South Africa will have to be detached on behalf of the company.
Upon arriving in India from Britain, Europe or South Asia, travelers will have to undergo a molecular test at their own expense. Before exiting the airport, passengers have to give their sample at the designated area.
If the report is negative, they will be advised to self-monitor health for 14 days.
If the report is positive, they will have to be treated according to standard health protocols. Beginning the journey, all travelers are advised to download the Arogya Setu App. Passengers are expected to maintain physical distance during the journey in airplanes.
