Saraswati raised questions on the donation of Ram temple ANN
Prayagraj: A collection of funds is being carried out in the country these days for the construction of a grand temple of Ramlala in Ayodhya.
On the other hand, Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati of Dwarka Peeth has raised questions about this donation. He has said that the donations that are being collected will not lead to the construction of Ramlala’s temple in Ayodhya, but the office of Vishwa Hindu Parishad will be built.
Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand has asked the people of the Sangh and the VHP the question of which authority they are collecting the money in the name of the temple.
According to him, the people of Sangh-BJP and VHP consider Ram to be Maryada Purushottam instead of God. Statues of great men are found, while the temple of God is built and worship is done there. They have feared that the amount of donations may be misused. According to him, there is no account of the donations that were collected during the Ram temple movement.
On the peasant movement
Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati has supported the agitation being run by the farmers against the new agricultural laws and has demanded the government to repeal the new law, keeping in mind all the things of the farmers. They say that the farmers whose interest claims are being made through the law, when they are denying it and calling it a threat to themselves, then why the government is adamant instead of obeying them. He also questioned the government’s intention on the issue of farmer movement.
