Not only this, the company has also announced a cash back of one thousand rupees on the payment of house rent with a credit card. That is, apart from cashback on every transaction, users can also collect credit card points from it.

Paytm has issued a statement saying that for payment of rent by credit card to the landlord, users have to go to the ‘Recharge and Pay Bills’ section on the home screen of Paytm. Select the rent payment option here and then complete the remaining steps to transfer your monthly rent. Users can transfer rent from their credit card directly to the bank account of the landlord. Not only this, Paytm also gives the facility of paying house rent through UPI, debit card and netbanking. To do this, users only have to enter the details of the bank account of the landlord.
Innovative dash boards linked to rent payments help track all types of payments. It also reminds the date of payment and immediately transfers the notice of payment to the landlord.
The company expects to rent 300 crores by March 2021
