Ther is a huge customer base that accesses SBI’s services in offline & online mode. SBI has improved the security and customer support for their customers. To maintain the convenience of transactions SBI has launched the YONO apps in Lite and Business Version.
SBI periodically performs the maintenance action and for which they inform in advance so their users do not have to suffer. SBI has performed the maintenance work for internet banking services in July, September too.
This Thursday, SBI has mentioned the maintenance task in an official tweet, they have stated that for this Saturday & Sunday Customers will not be able to access the internet services on different channels and apps. The maintenance work will be in process for 2 hours.
They have mentioned the specific period where internet services will not be accessible through various apps and channels.
The maintenance work will perform:
- From 00:20Hrs to 02:20 Hrs. on 09 Oct 2021.
- From 23:20Hrs(10Oct 2021) to 01:20 Hrs.(11Oct2021).
Customers have to go through inconvenience during this specific period. For this, we are very sorry, we are trying to make your internet banking services more accessible than before.
If we perform this task in the afternoon, or morning period it will be more uncomfortable for users so that’s why we’re going to perform it at night.
More than 250M+ will face this inconvenience of accessibility on all channels of SBI.
