The company’s revenue also increased 4.7 to Rs 42015 crore in the December quarter. It stood at Rs 40,135 crore in the previous quarter. The company has projected income growth for 2021-22 in double digits.
Due to the strong quarterly figures, TCS shares rose 3 per cent on the BSE to a new record of Rs 3224 on Thursday. On the NSE too, it had jumped 3.5 percent to reach the all-time high level of Rs 3230.
