This app covers the basics like a word processor, worksheet functions, and also presentation functions. It boasts 111 different functions, various column customization, and sorting functions. The app has troubles with some complicated styling if the data is imported from other apps, but it works for simple stuff efficiently. It is also available for free but for additional features, it charges up to $14.99

3.Google Sheets

Google Sheets is one of the biggest competitors in the spreadsheet space on mobile phones. It attaches to Google Drive also is compatible with Microsoft Office files. It is loaded with various features and makes customizations available for users which helps them in their day to day work and also saves their time and effort. One of its biggest features is that multiple people can work on the same spreadsheet at the same time in real-time. For this price tag, it has a decent number of modern features and it may not prove to be an excellent choice for business but it is the best fit for personal use. It has over 400 functions for its spreadsheets and it lets you embed any spreadsheet in any document and also allows you to edit do documents with other people and chat with them through the app directly.

8.SmartOffice

The list of features is quite long of this app as it has been around a while and it’s one of the more mature excel apps. Its spreadsheet functionality is pretty reasonable. It may not be as powerful and feature-loaded as its competitors but it is entirely free so you get what you pay for. It also makes use of Dropbox and Google Drive as its cloud storage which is absolutely free of cost.

9.Table Notes

Table note is a bit different spreadsheet pp than the rest of these apps as these are a part of a larger office suite but on the other hand Table Note is something closer to a note-taking app with spreadsheet functionality. Basically, what it does is that it let you add things like photos, audio, and drawings. Also, you can compile signatures, dates, and times. Finally, for some deeper integration, you can add mathematical formulas.

WPS Office was told to be one of the best free office apps. It is mostly free but to get some extra features and also to remove ads it comes with a subscription. Talking about functions it supports Microsoft Excel, and also has some modern touch to it like integration with Slack, Zoom, and Google Drive.
