UP Anganwadi workers Recruitment 2021 Qualification and Selection Process: Some changes have been made in the recruitment rules of Anganwadi workers in Uttar Pradesh.
Under this, now the selection committee will be made for the selection of Anganwadi workers, it has now been made mandatory to have a woman officer in that committee. In the merit list to be prepared for their selection, the first preference will be given to the family member living below the poverty line.
For the selection of Anganwadi workers in UP, the income limit of poverty in urban areas has been fixed at Rs 56460 and poverty income limit for rural areas is Rs 46080. Apart from this, the service of Anganwadi workers who will be 62 years of age will automatically end.
Let me tell you that in the present time, 50 thousand posts are vacant in Uttar Pradesh for a long time. After the new rules have become rules, it is now possible that recruitment to these posts will be done according to the new rules.
Information related to the rescheduling of appointment process of Anganwadi workers and assistants of UP was given by Additional Chief Secretary of Child Development Service and Nutritionist of the State, S. Radha Chauhan.
According to the new rules, in addition to this the earlier qualifications have been kept unchanged. For the appointment of workers at Anganwadi and Mini centers in the state, girls should pass the 10th examination or equivalent examination. At the same time, educational qualification for assistants has been kept at minimum fifth.
The age limit for applying for these posts should be between 21 and 45 years. While the maximum age limit has been fixed for selection of Anganwadi worker from assistant to 50 years. Only women who have worked for the post of assistant for five years can apply for the post of executive.
Merit will be made by adding high school, inter and graduate marks
The selection on these posts will be done on the basis of merit list. The marks obtained in 10th, 12th and graduation will be considered while making merit list. Qualification above this will not be considered
