Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called the financial budget 2021-22 of the state government an all-inclusive budget representing 24 crore emotions. The Chief Minister has said that it is full of excellent feelings of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Faith’. This budget will become a medium to give new hope, new energy and new possibilities of development in the state during the Kovid period. CM Yogi was meeting journalists after Finance Minister Suresh Khanna presented the budget in the Assembly.
CM also congratulated the Finance Minister and his entire team for creating a new history by presenting paperless budget. The Chief Minister said that the budget contained resolutions to tap every house, electricity in every house, water to every field and work to every hand. Not only this, efforts like connecting rural areas with banking facility through village secretariat, common service center, BC Sakhi in every village, employing women in community toilets, such efforts will not only give new dimension to women empowerment and self-reliance but every village Will also play an important role towards making it digital.
Referring to the importance of financial discipline due to problems in revenue collection during the Corona period, the Chief Minister made ‘Ease of Living’ and ‘Self-reliant Uttar Pradesh’ to speed up the efforts for holistic and inclusive development and self-reliance of various sections. The concept was called a groundbreaker.
CM Yogi has included the farmers’ families and sharecroppers in the Kisan Accident Insurance Scheme in the budget, ensuring social security to about one crore laborers in the unorganized sector, Chief Minister Saksham Suktikaran Yojana for children suffering from anemia, Sainik Schools in all the mandals and one Civil aviation including establishment of a state university, establishment of medical colleges from PPP model in unserved districts, establishment of law university in Prayagraj, extension of water life mission plan, development of road connectivity in rural areas, establishment of international airports in Ayodhya and Kushinagar.
The proposals for new flying policies in the region, development of destitute cow dynasty shelter with the cooperation of NGOs at the panchayat level and establishment of tribal museum in Lucknow were described as taking the state’s development to new heights.
The Chief Minister also referred to the enthusiasm of the youth and parents about the ‘Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana’ specially launched for the youth trying to succeed in competitive examinations like Civil Services, NEET, JEE.
