Uttarakhand: Shooting of ‘Kashmir Files’ in Mussoorie, set of ‘Lal Chowk’ in Kashmir

The shooting of the film Kashmir Files is going on in Mussoorie. Famous actors Mithun Chakravarti and Anupam Kher working in this film have reached here. This film is based on Kashmir Pandits.

Mussoorie: Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, who had made headlines with the film ‘The Tashkent Files’, is now making the film ‘The Kashmir Files’. This film is based on Kashmiri Hindus. The shooting of the film started once again in Mussoorie on Sunday.

Actors Mithun Chakravarti and Anupam Kher are playing the lead characters for the film shooting. Several film actors Pallavi Joshi, Atul Srivastava, Prakash Bellawadi Darshan Kumar, Mrinal Kulkarni, and Chinmay Mandlekar shot during the shooting along with famous film actors Mithun Chakraborty and Punit Issar, who played Duryodhana in ‘Mahabharata’.

Kashmir’s Lal Chowk set

The historic Gandhi Chowk of Mussoorie is being set up to be made the “red check” of Kashmir, for which work is going on day and night. It is believed that on Tuesday or Wednesday, there will be a shoot at Lal Chowk in Kashmir, Mussoorie.

The police administration has also made complete preparations for this. On the other hand, Anupam Kher and Mithun Chakraborty were mesmerized by looking at the Himalaya chain and winter line, looking at the Cantonment Council with the beautiful Hussanist litigants from Mussoorie. Anupam Kher also took a selfie with the winter line appearing from Mussoorie.

Artists fascinated by natural beauty in Mussoorie

Sources said that other actors along with Anupam Kher and Mithun Chakraborty say that the natural beauty of Mussoorie is no less than that of abroad and in such a way it is my own pleasure to shoot in Mussoorie.

He hoped that many producers and directors of Bollywood are turning to Uttarakhand due to the discounts and facilities provided by the government to promote the film industry.

Hundreds of fans rushed to the cantonment area to get a glimpse of the ongoing shooting at the Mussoorie Cantonment Council and the film stars, but due to strong security arrangements, no one was allowed to visit the shooting site.

At the same time, due to the shooting of the film, a large crowd of people was seen in Mussoorie, which also created a jam situation on the main chak of Mussoorie, due to which people had to face a lot of problems. After a lot of effort by the police, the traffic system could be made smooth.
