Assam Assembly Election 2021: This visit of Shah is extremely important before the assembly elections. One will fill the party workers with enthusiasm for the upcoming elections, the opposite will give green signal to the election preparations and campaigning.

New Delhi: Assembly elections are due in Assam after four months, but the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party is already looking confident of returning to power.

However, till a year ago, the BJP wasn’t so confident, but the BJP is upset with the results of the recent Bodoland Territorial Council- BTC elections. as compared to 2015, BJP has managed to win nine seats rather than one during this election.

The BTC election held before the Vidhan Sabha elections was considered as a semi-final. This was the primary election after the Bodo peace deal was signed in February 2020.

This visit of Shah is extremely important before the assembly elections. One will fill the party workers with enthusiasm for the upcoming elections, the opposite will give green signal to the election preparations and campaigning. Even more important, Shah goes to interrupt into the most opposition party on the lines of the neighboring state of West Bengal .

Revenge partner before election:

The BJP contested the 2016 legislature elections with the Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) and therefore the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP), but the BJP left the Bodoland People’s Front just before the BTC elections. within the 2016 assembly elections, BJP got 60 seats, AGP 14 and BPF 12 seats.

Amit Shah arrives in Guwahati for a grand welcome, will start ‘Mission Assam’ by breaking into opposition camp

In BTC, BJP has captured power with it. aside from BTC, the BJP has won 33 of the 36 seats within the Teva Autonomous Council (TAC) elections, in 2015 the BJP won just three seats

Burglary con camp:
Despite a robust victory within the local body elections, the BJP doesn’t want to go away any stone unturned to weaken the most opposition party Congress.

it’s believed that within the current Assam tour of Amit Shah, some big Congress leaders can join the BJP. a couple of days ago, Congress MLA Anjata Neog met Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Himanta Biswa Sarma. After this, the party has removed him from the posts of the organization. it’s believed that former Minister Neog will join the BJP.
